We have built software since 2008. Our data system for the DC Department of Public Works has run without a break since 2016.

- We connect systems that were bought separately and were not designed to share data, and bring their data into one warehouse. Reports that took a week to assemble can then update within minutes.
- Public systems at high volume
- Websites, appointment scheduling and resident messaging that stay up when demand arrives all at once. We load test and tune them before launch.
- Commercial platforms
- Sales and operations platforms for businesses, designed to run in several countries and to grow with the business.
- Case management
- Systems that track each case from intake to close, with the access controls that sensitive records need. We built student case management for DC Public Schools, covered by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

One live data warehouse for the DC Department of Public Works
A dozen separately bought systems, connected through one integration layer into one warehouse, with about 100 million readings from a 200-vehicle fleet. Reports that arrived weekly as spreadsheets now update within minutes.

Maryland's state website, rebuilt in four days to handle 150,000 requests a minute
We moved maryland.gov from Windows to Linux, secured it, then load tested and tuned it. It was ready before the governor's press conference.

COVID-19 response systems for Maryland and Delaware
As prime contractor for the Maryland Department of Health and the Delaware Division of Public Health, we built vaccination scheduling, contact tracing and messaging systems. One million appointments, up to 10,000 a day, and 4.2 million vaccinations processed.

A travel insurance sales platform in eight countries
We designed and built the sales platform for a travel insurance group and finished in 2015. It sells $120 million a year in policies, and it is still selling today.

We develop CHARM Online for the Texas Coastal Watershed Program: a web platform for coastal planning, hazard maps and scenario modeling.

The Defense Acquisition University learning system, for Booz Allen Hamilton
We built a prototype of the new portal, moved the system to a new platform, and tuned it to handle ten times its traffic. Then we trained the Booz Allen Hamilton technical team in development, deployment and performance tuning.
