For companies

Your pilot impressed everyone and then stopped.

AI implementation for companies putting AI to work. We build the version that survives your security officer, your finance lead, and the person who has to run it after we leave.

Eighteen years of systems that went into production and stayed there. Insurance, healthcare operations, finance operations, and companies with none of that attached.

01

Who this is for

Operations leaders
You know exactly which workflow is costing you, usually because you are the one who hears about it. What you need is someone to build the thing, not to run a discovery phase about it.
CTOs inheriting a pilot
Something got built, it demos well, and it has not shipped. Usually the blocker is data access, review readiness, or that the person who built it left.
Insurance and high-stakes operations
Where a wrong answer has a claims consequence. We have built for this: $120M a year of travel insurance across eight countries and five currencies, and infrastructure holding live patient records.

02

What we build

Internal operations agents
The pattern we run our own firm on, adapted to your domain: scheduled work, reconciliation, triage, and internal search across everything the company knows.
Document work at volume
Extraction, classification, and reconciliation, where the current process is a person moving data between two systems that will never be integrated.
Retrieval over your own material
Answers grounded in your documents, with a citation to the source on every claim. If a user cannot check it in one click, it does not get trusted with real work.
Rescue and remediation
An honest read on an AI project that stalled, and the work to finish it. Often the fastest route to value you already paid for.

03

What it is like to work with us

Fixed fee, defined end
Scoped against one workflow, priced before it starts, with a date it finishes. We do not need a retainer to keep what we built alive.
A senior practitioner on every engagement
No bench, and no handoff to a delivery team you have not met. The person who scopes the work builds it.
We hand it over
Your team is trained and the runbook is written before we leave. A system nobody on staff can change is a system that quietly stops being used.

04

Proof

We were our own first client
About a dozen agents run this firm day to day: scheduled briefings, invoice reconciliation, meeting notes, pipeline research, inbox triage, and internal search. We are not recommending a way of working we have not lived with.
Public and inspectable
Our India tax toolkit is open source under MIT, with the full cost architecture written up. You can read the code and the decisions rather than take our word for it.
Insurance, at scale
We architected the e-commerce platform behind $120M a year of travel insurance: eight countries on three continents, five currencies, fourteen languages, on AWS in Sydney, Singapore and China. We finished in 2015. It is still running.

Bring us the pilot that stalled.

Thirty minutes. You will leave knowing whether it can be finished, roughly what that costs, and whether we are the right people to do it.
