In efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the State of Maryland brought us on to develop and operate tailor-made software for the state's Contact Tracing initiative. Our team took charge of the technical leadership for SMS and email communications, facilitating the seamless transmission of critical messages to over 1.5 million individuals affected by COVID-19. Through our dedicated management and expertise, we played a pivotal role in limiting the spread of the virus through Maryland's Contact Tracing program.
