Ashish Tonse
President
Ashish Tonse has 10 years of experience in software engineering, IT consulting, and business process re-engineering. He has worked in the areas of telecom, e-learning, international aid  and the US Defense Intelligence community. Tonse started Kaizen Consulting in 2008 to provide effective and efficient consulting services to companies in the DC area and across the country. His clients include the Department of Defense, Web 2.0 company Minggl and the American Association of American Law Schools.

Tonse  has previously worked for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, the District of Columbia Dept of Parking, and Startec. He has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Ashok Someshwar
COO
Ashok Someshwar brings 35 years of operations experience to Kaizen Consulting. His areas of focus include logistics, accounting and finance. Someshwar has worked for Metcem, BiMetal Bearings Ltd., and John Fowler Corp. He has also run several start-ups including Enigma Ltd., a software firm in Bangalore, India and Triumvir, a marketing services firm.
